Vodoke has announced the retirement of Charles George St John Reed as a director of the company with effect from 2 May 2013.

In view of the demands of his work and personal commitments, Mr Reed has advised that his contribution to Vodoke may be diluted and it is thus not in the interest of Vodoke for him to continue as a Director of the company.

Commenting on his retirement as a director from the Company, Chief Executive Officer Mr Michael Toh said: “On behalf of the Board, we would like to thank Mr Charles Reed for his past contribution as a director of the Company. Mr Reed has been a valuable member of the Board and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours”.
